BBQ Cooking Classes at Pristine

The classes are great!  Highly recommend them.  They are on every Thursday starting at 6pm and you can stay for one hour or more.  They can be as long as three hours.

They demonstrate on a pellet BBQ, a Weber Gas Grill, a Kamado Joe charcoal smoker and a Wolf built-in all in their magnificent pool park pavilion in the parking lot. They use all types of BBQ accessories and tongs, rotisseries, grill toppers, and griddle plates. They have wood chips and wood chunks in flavors such as mesquite, hickory, apple, pecan, cherry, alder and oak.

Barbecue chicken, fish, vegetables and even desserts are prepared and cooked and they explain the use of BBQ rubs, BBQ sauces, BBQ marinades for each.

You need to call and get your name on the list or email Stuart McDonald at stuart@pristinepolandspa.com.  The cost is $5 per class and you can use the $5 towards any purchase at the store.  We have been traveling since the end of May, so I am so happy that the classes are back and plan to attend next Thursday.
